necromancer distribution points

hello what is the best way to distribute the points for a necromancer? I see that the minions use almost all the stats, do I have to put a little bit in each one?
There is no rule, every person can do whatever they see fit.
However, for Necro I believe the strongest builds put everything on Vit.
You can search the forum for builds and stats in all the characters.
