Diablo 1 HD Hellfire Mod | Awake

Hello there,
Just switched from Belze to Cherno recently.
Why does it feel like when in single player everything looks like..how to describe it..like low frames per second or playing online with high ping. Sometimes it even looks like the game slightly freezes. I mean the motion isn’t as smooth as in Belze. Why is that?
BTW even at Adria’s shop the spellboks take a little time to load. I don’t understand the reason since I’m playing single offline.
