Alchemist box

I have a load of gems, oils and whatnots but my alchemist boxes are very scarce. I know that they're supposed to, due to being components for top level items, but can anyone tell me which items can yield these boxes?

I play only Belzebub, but I think same thing applies to Tchernobog. I've read somewhere on this forum (can't find it right now) you can get it by salvaging lvl 38 ammys and lvl 42 rings (req. level). I've tried it myself and I can confirm that is true when you salvage rare rings and amulets.
