king leorics tomb

in diablo 1 level 3 we have a sub level king leorics tomb.....my question is there seems to be some unresolved items....i have killed every body on the level including the big guy.....there is still 4 sarcoffigusses that wont open and a curious looking entrance to a catacomb( perhaps) that is not on the map ...... cant enter it......cant resove it even though everyone is dead and the levers have been tripped
