Diablo 1 HD Hellfire Mod | Awake

Hi, I was wondering since I heard this can be gambled, is it better to try and gamble it on Hell difficulty or Torment? I was thinking Hell just because of the possibility of higher item level potential due to prefixes and such for Torment, but I didn't know if my thinking was correct. Any advice?

I ended up finding one yesterday:

-10 to all atts
197% ED
42% IAS
9% Life steal
32% critical hit chance

Gambled it from Gheed after doing some LT runs. I found magewrath in LT and thought that would be the heartseeker but nope, so gambled and got that.
