Copy DIABLO.MPQ from your vanilla install to your Tchernobog and Belzebub install folders.

I have also heard that it should be upper case file name.

fixed that now i have a ( Failed to create color mix file: Monsters\monsters\pmr.trn.

then you are doing something horribly wrong
