Usually only at $PLAYER 10 for all level 50+ characters in Torment.

To correct prior statement...
I have not defeated Diablo on $PLAYER 10 setting, but that is usually where I test out new equipment builds in Caves, Secret Passage, and other intense areas.
I can run fairly easily on $5 in Hells, but up against Diablo it would be a challenge clearing out the mobs in time before there are too many skeleton revives stacked up against me. Rogue could probably handle it with hit and run teleport and golem distraction.
