This thing is like impossible to find!! Having so much trouble, hahaha. I've been hunting in Hell and I haven't found this thing in over 300 runs. Does it even exist?! I know it does, but like I have doubts that it exist, hahaha. =]

This item can drop on 16 lvl from Diablo Clone or Baal.

Or Noktis. HAR HAR HAR! I got one from Noktis, which was awesome. =3 And I figured that qlvl 36 uniques drops from Diablo Clone, Baal, or Noktis since I've ran level 15 over 300 times. After the days/hours of farming, I finally got one, Lolol. Now I just need to find the Blackness Eye ring...

EDIT: I've ran level 16*
