I found a Naj Light Plate. It says -100%. When looking at the character tabs I did not notice anything was less. What does this mean?

"Requirements -100%" on an equipment means that if it (the basic item) requires some Strength, Magic, Dexterity or/and Vitality then they all will be ignored and you can wear it, if you reached the necessary level.
