1. Is it possible to have faster arrow speed than "fast attack"?


2. What is the difference between stats "life stealing" , "x% life steaing" , "hit steals x% life" and any of them work on bows?

Oh i don't remember, You should check this in game. One thing else - "Life Stealing" works in PvP
