Typo in the Item Description

Been going a little crazy trying to work out the factors for HP and Mana for the different classes. The Necro mana was particularly troublesome. The docsV3 files say Necro should have mana factors for hardpoints/softpoints/level of 1, 1.5 and 2. Seemed close but not quite.
Mr. Piddles wears a Royal Circlet. Has 40 AC, gives +18 to all attributes, and +32 Mana. But after careful testing, it really gives 23 mana. Now the calculations work. The factors really are 1, 1.5 and 2.
