Well i am a 37 lvl mage. Is possible that skull collector unique stave drop from lost treasure chest on hell dificulty?. The qlvl for the stave is 48, i need more lvl?. I have 185% MF.

Yeah, not in hell but in torment you can find it in LT. Unless you run the game in windows compa.....
