I haven't seen the MOD boss (Noktis) in a long time.
From what I've heard, he's still around the Facebook page and around here in the forum, but both mods (Belzebub and Tchernobog) have not been developed further in over a year.
You can try to PM him using his username (Noktis), but chances are he may not reply since he's not developing the mods further, or even not see your message.
I'm a musician too (amateur, guitar and harmonica), I'd love to see your soundtrack if you could upload it to Youtube or something! =)
