Hello again!

Can someone please explain or tell me where to find the information, on how to get a specific item? I'm confused with all the qlvl, ilvl, mlvl, Player 10 command and clvl. Say I wanna find the oculus, I'm clvl 39 and currently in hell difficulty (LT possible for me), what is the best place to farm and how can I find out?

Oh and another thing, as I said I'm lvl39 sorcerer, I have +3 to all spells, and about 400 magic. Is that okish or am I way behind for my lvl?

Here's the most of useful information (which is items qlvl). I believe that somwhere on forums you'll probably find some other stuff but I'm not quite sure myself because I did not manage to do so myself (haven't put too much effort into it though).

Keep in mind that Set Items' qlvl is being unavailable to players for reasons.

The qlvl of items in Hell LT is somewhere between 42 and 45 I'd say but this needs to be corrected by more experienced players. What I am sure of, is that you definitely not able to find Oculus there. Unique bosses in Lazarus' hideout and Terror Domain drop much rarer items compared to LT chests so if you can do them safely, I'd recommend going for them instead.

About your clvl - in Belzebub it's totally up to your comfort. If you feel like getting some levels to be able to learn few more spells, go for it as long as you're getting at least 4-5% of your exp bar per terror domain/dungeon floor 16. I personally think this level is fine for where you currently are.

I couldn't find this anywhere myself so can't help you with that, sorry. If you equip full magic find and go for unique monster kills eventually you'll be able to find this out empyrically.
