Diablo 1 HD Hellfire Mod | Awake

I heard somewhere that Black Death doesn't apply the permanent debuff anymore, but a temporary one isntead. is it true? cause iam scared of going to level 3 (iam new to diablo 1). Please i really need help

Yeah that's removed in this mod so you don't need to be afraid.
