Permanent stats.

Since elixirs no longer grant permanent stats like in Diablo Vanilla, is there any way to get permanent stats in Tchernobog Alpha?
Gain clvl, character levels by earning experience points. At each level gained, you may distribute attribute points.
Once quests are enabled, solve quests that grant bonus attribute points.
Find gear that boosts the attributes that you need.
