no one will be able to join to your host because that address isnt internet address.

10.0.0.117 = 10.0.0.0/8 > Class A private(local) address.

post internet address if you want us join, or write VPN software (ex.Hamachi/Tunngle) if you are using.

hosting through internet address requires port-foward configuration to your router.

I cant tell the way, because the configuration depends on your router type/model.
use technical support (router maker/manufacturer).
otherwise google it ("product(router) type/number" "port forward/port redirect" etc...)

- my friend everybody here runs v.0.1.1 and theres no way to downgrade it. This means that ppl will not start a new game on older version. Furthermore they won't cause they got good items on their v.0.1.1 heros...

your chance to meet ppl on your server is around 0.00111.
You just need to host on v.0.1.1 to avoid this
