getting multiplayer working

ive tried for hours to portforward and get multiplayer to work we did it on both ends but it hasnt worked just wondering if anyone can post how they got online to work me and my friend are dying to get on this game and play together.

Hello,
I never could do this portfowarding (I discovered later that it was impossible with my router and kind of internet conection), but I never met anyone that could do this. I really don't remember anyone saying that they succeeded with this portfowarding, maybe someone did and may post how they did it.
I only was able to play multiplayer by LAN, the software HAMACHI and TUNGLE servers.
