Certain Item sets/items during certain difficulties

Ive been MFing NM Lost Treasure for some time now for better gear for story progression which i have found, but i also want to collect the set items and uniques. Is there a list of items that can drop per difficulty?

For example I have found 2 pieces of Sigons set but will I find more if I continue farming that same location or no?

Can i find every item at that location under the Item level cap there?
If NM LT was dropping items lets just say at ilvl 40 would it drop everything that ilvl and below?
