Possible Bugs?

This is my first post in the Tchernobog section. I was previously using belzebub so I'm not sure which of the following is by design and which is bug.
I take it coding is closed source; not open to public?
Possible Bugs (Tchernobog 0.1.1, Windows 8.1 64 bit, Playing Assasin, Single Player)
-person outside castle for butcher quest does not show
-king leoric did not drop undead crown (must be bug)
-king leoric seems weaker(up to 2X) to holy bolt then belzebub (by design?)
-quest monsters on level 4 immediately attack, and no sign when open chest
-Ghanbad the Weak seems tougher(up to 2X) then in belzebub (by design?)
-Scrolls do not open as easily (as if I mouseup too fast, it does not register) Multiple times I right-clicked a scrolls and it did not work.
Never happened in Belzebub.
I don't want to flood the bug tracker
