Is a Heartseeker is the best bow? How about Eaglehorn?

Hello everyone.
So, question is very simple: why Heartseeker?
Yesterday found this video: Eaglehorn is also very-very promising:

because heartseeker has these abilities eaglehorn doesnt has.
- crit chance 25-33%
- crit dmg 50%
- lifesteal 8-10%
- 40-50% ias
eaglehorn has better weapon dmg than heartseeker, but heartseeker has decent factor for increase dps and survivability.
i think eaglehorn is 2nd choice when you dont have heartseeker (ofc eaglehorn is doable)
and FYI.
this rogue uses glitched (or cheated) permanent insanity buff.

Finally I've gotten Eaglehorn. Although the basic damage is higher, total DPS is 2 times less comparing to Heartseeker. Imo, problem with Eaglehorn is it's very low attack speed.
Disappointingly the DPS of Eaglehorn approximately equals to the DPS of the Bow of Dead.
