is there a base physical resistance % that monsters have on each diffculty?

like do they have a base % that is further modified by there armor values to calculate there total physical dmg reduction?

how is monster physical dmg resistance calculated?

They get better AC with difficulty, and that is like physical resistance. I dunno how it's calculated thou, not even for player.
