Anyone know if items that gives crit x% and (minus) resist items help necros skeletons or other minions?

also if Magicfind and other stats etc etc help skeletons

I don't think anything else besides vit boosts necro's summons. Magic find is same as on you, i mean their kills are your kills basically.
