Diablo 1 HD Hellfire Mod | Awake

Hello all, hoping to get some troubleshooting help. I downloaded the Belzebub files and copied the D1 files over. Then I tried opening the game, and got a window that said "Graphics Error", with the body text "Failed to create palette file: levels\towndata\town.pal."

Any ideas? Thank you.

Get diabdat.mpq from a legit CD, not some shady download.
