Diablo 1 HD Hellfire Mod | Awake

I tried to install Belzebub. I copied all files into the diablo folder but when I start the belzebub.exe I get the following error:

Code: Select all

LoadLibrary failed with error 998&#58; Invalid Access to memory location

I have the same error with Tchernobog.

The Awakening works fine.

I am using Windows 7 64bit.

Any Ideas? I would love to try this mod...

I haven't experienced this problem but after some searching I came across this post:

It's someone who received the same error message but with a different game and apparently the posted fix worked.

After reading through the linked MS KB article the process seems pretty straight-forward.

If this doesn't help, provide some more system specs and I'll see what I can dig up.
