I tried downloading B HD, but it's corrupt. Is there an alternative download link?

File isn't corrupted, probably you downloaded only part of the file. Try again (i moved the file to another hosting).

One more question, my brother has Windows 7, so it's not as easy as doing this on Windows 10. If he mounts an ISO, the computer thinks the mount is a CD Rom. Due to this, he can't copy anything to the mounted drive or make any changes as it's a "CD". Any suggestions?

Amm..you don't have to copy anything to the CD, but you can copy the diabdat.mpq from the CD to any folder you have with the files downloaded from here on the site, game is portable so anywhere outside of program files will work. But maybe i'm not understanding the issue.

Ah, I suppose my brother was just confused there. He was copying B HD to the mounted drive. All good!
