Diablo 1 HD Hellfire Mod | Awake

Been levelling very slowly just farming normal Diablo, curious as to where I should go in nightmare to farm exp quickly and easily as a melee class?

Lots of the levels are full of succubi and the like who can kite the SHIT out of you. Are there any areas where I can reliably find choke points to have melee enemies funnel into me from? Or is there somewhere that just has big melees that I can stun for huge exp?

Once you have beaten Normal play, there is no reason to stay there. Get into Nightmare play and start leveling and farming there. The goal is to get to Torment as quickly as possible. That is where the best loot is possible. Just run the quests and level up through Nightmare and Hell. Once you beat Hell, the only reason to go back and run those levels is to equip lower level equipment combinations to make it a challenge.
