Diablo 1 HD Hellfire Mod | Awake

Hey, I don't know if this question has already been answered (in which case, my apologies), but I just downloaded the game and I'm having an issue booting up. I'm getting the following error message:

Graphics error
Failed to create palette file: levels\towndata\town.pal.

Any suggestions on how to correct the issue? I appreciate any and all help! Thanks!

Use original Diablo Retail disc.
Install latest GPU drivers
