Ground items always highlighted

Apparently I've pressed a hotkey to always have items on the ground as if I'm holding Alt. Anyone know how to turn this off?

Yeah discovered that about 2 minutes after posting this and felt like an idiot. I swear I hit every button about 50 times and didn't get any results.. Oh well

Fun fact, you can use Telekinesis to pick up items in another room as in out of sight if you don't have the items highlighted (CTRL on).

Actually, you still might die in real life because you died in game.
Like, you know, because of the surprise, if it happened suddenly and you didn't see it coming.
