Uniques that cant be obtained from gambling?

are there certain uniques that can't be obtained through gambling just because that item doesn't appear in the inventory??
I.e vamp gaze (grim helm)
has a 144 strength base identical to ancient helm.but its a grim helm so you wont be able to gamble it?
same with buriza/demon machine since they are special weapons

I believe those items are not set to show up in the pool from gambling screen so i think the ones that have a special base item can't be gambled, like the last 8 from here

these 8 items...yeah... that sucks that they are all special base items for uniques

It would be awesome and appreciated if...
These items are available for crafting.
Special graphic items also preserve the graphic when crafting.
Just in case Brightlord ever feels inclined to make a future update...
