I have found plenty of uniques and set items on my way to 60 and all kinds of unique armors.

how ever, Ceremonial Mail tigulated mail still eludes me. is it just RNG and randomness?

are there place where I would be more likely to find this item other than armor racks?

I have found literally every other unique armor in the game but the one I need.

also. once I have found this I will have found all the gear I am looking for, aside from recipes.

It always seems random to me. Even in Cathedral with decent MagFind sometimes I am amazed with some of the drops.

Anywhere in Torment, but Terror's Domain usually gives best stuff, then again i've had good uniq/set items drop from barrels and even Gharbad's 2nd speech where he gives random stuff, which is silly considering he drops just a rare as reward for the defeating him.

And there are a few items i have never found, but i've seen others use, and i've had many characters get to Torment. And some items i've only found once, like the swords from Bul-Karthos' set and others. And something you need may drop when you are not looking for it anymore, RNGesus works in mysterious ways.

I am halting my $Player 10 lvl 16 grind in favour of just killing things on torment at $p1, I am still doing $p10 river of flame, and if the mob group is correct I will do 16, other wise i am doing 3/4 of cathedral, leroics tomb, CHamber of bone, horazons sanctum and the lost treasure zone.

mostly because of the loot chest in those quest zones, which almost always yield something good. I am just kind of killing lots of things, and doing $p10 lazarus runs when lazarus doesn't have haste.

I can also do $p1 and $p5 terror domain runs, although I would rather do $p1 for speed

well I just found a EagleHorn on Dlvl 3 of torment.. which has ilvl of 45..so the item I am looking for should be able to drop on any dungeon level of torment

Honestly I don't know if I will ever find the item I am looking for as it continues to elude me

well, you are still "only" lvl 58 with rogue, i'm sure you'll find those items till lvl 60

Do you know where i can find the M'Avina Set pieces? And did you find the 4th piece, M'Avina Bow?

I found the 3 pieces randomly on torment, don't remember where but I found it on any Dlvl between 3 and 16, I am sure it can drop in d lvls 1 and 2 though.

the bow isn't that good anyways because of ITD and I still havent found it

Mine just dropped from Hephasto the Armorer in the "River of Flame" in Hell difficulty at player10.
