Diablo 1 HD Hellfire Mod | Awake

I haven't played hellfire in it's prime but I like it so far

however I cannot really find any good items, maybe somebody has a savefile with some low level set/uniques to help get me started?

Firstly this mod is not for Hellfire (D1's expantion) but only for original D1. And i'd suggest starting with a Sorcerer, since he is least gear dependent, easy to master and farm with because you can focus on Magic Find, then hand down some items to other characters. Getting even the lowest lvl sets makes you OP through Normal difficulty, and except for a few low lvl uniqs most are meant to be salvaged for materials. Getting good items right off the bat will not help you learn how to play the characters and you won't know how to deal with the increasing difficulty when those items become obsolete.

I finished the game on normal, made a rogue.

have a warrior level 10 and a barb level 10 now
