Diablo 1 HD Hellfire Mod | Awake

So the first time I saw diablo on hell difficulty he had 3 enchantments, haste behemoth and vampiric, but the next time i encountered him he did not have the enchantments, and this last time i just saw him again WITH the enchantments, can anyone tell me whats going on??

He will get Haste, Behemoth and Vampiric if you don't kill him in 1h after you killed Lazarus, because of the Map of the Stars quest. If you killed Lazarus in a previous game, it's 1h since you start playing.
