It's a dragonhide base armor...found about 20+ of them. always greyscull defense...

I did a couple of times, but i only found once the wrist blade for that set. Try your luck with doing some Hell difficulty Diablo runs. I guess it's usually the item you want most that's hardest to drop, or it may come to you when you've stopped looking for it.

why hell and not torment runs? can everything already drop on dlvl 17 hell?

I don't know, but i think not everything can drop there and thus it's smaller pool of stuff, you still want to farm an area that can drop high end gear but not quite the max, like Torment, where all can drop.

did a hell run on players 10 (5 for the bosses) and dropped only crap

i think i stick with torment for the moment.
