Diablo torment only drops crap?

Killed him about 50+ times with almost 400 mf and didn't drop any high lvl set or unique item...is this normal?

people can win lottery with rediclus odds , there's still 1% chance to lose if you have 99% to win

i always kill him with guardian...maybe guardian doesn't work with mf? any experiences?

nobody else experiencing this? must've been 70-80 times i killed him and the "best" i got from him was the trang oul artifact which i already got dozens of times before.
since then only rares and magic items...with 391mf...

these days i try to farm stuff , but i try dlvl 1 ~ 4 in torment mode , as these levels has alot of monster and easy to kill. I got 3 of lv50 recipe and 5 lv37+ unique / set item in a single run , by 180mf. for fast kill i dont modify $player_x

it's like buying alot of small lottery tickets but few big ones.

Reduce the MF a bit, i don't know if there is a cap, but maybe you rolled over it. 200ish was the max i used and i noticed i got pretty good rolls, quantity varied, after all it's RNG, but not getting any is a problem.

took your advice dacian drako and got only 200mf while killing diablo. first run ---> got rathmas omen (ring).

this could be total bad luck on my side but it's really strrange, that in over 70 runs with nearly 400mf dia only dropped crap...

€: second run result:

2 unique items
1 set item (immortal kings belt)

third run result:

1 unique item
1 set item
3 rare items (btw how much ed can these have? found a war bow with 467ed^^)

fourth run result:

2 unique items
3 rare items

If rollovers on number values is the issue, that can easily be curbed by coding a cap to it. This was done in many mods For D2.

maybe one of the (ex?) developers could make a statement regarding drops and mf (if there's a cap or rollover issue). otherwise it's just speculation...

The last 5 times I killed torment diablo with 139 MF I have gotten complete and total uttergarbage. never anything good ever.

I remember BrightLord wrote some 2 year ago about the MagicFind cap.

It is either at 200%, or at least the MF effectiveness drops drastically after reaching 200%.
