fresh install - game won't load

Fresh Windows XP install
and install Diablo 1 HD mod.
But now I can't play.
Graphics error
Failed to create Image Pcx Texture - create texture, openGL enumeration parameter not legal.

If requirements are met, it mean that the problem is connected with your graphic card.

If it's a fresh Windows XP install, then the requirements probably aren't met.

Was an old pc with geforce 9600 GT and Belzebub was working. But forgot that it was replaced with radeon x850 pro. So this must be the problem maybe can't handle some shaders.
Laptop is out-of-service atm. Using a Pentium 4 atm.
Anyone know if belzebub mod would work on i3 using intergrated gfx?
