How did you reach clvl 60?

my mage is still on the way from clvl 54 to 55 playing only torment dlvl 17. still this is taking forever.
Any recommendations on the way to lvl 60?

My 2 Rogues reached 60 on the Torment River of Flame with $player 10.

How long did it take you to get from 50-60 on that setting?

I do not remember, but I'm not tired. Rogue easily cleans the area.
