Diablo 1 HD Hellfire Mod | Awake

I've downloaded the mod & tried to run the app but i got a missing "diabdat.mpq" msg & now im getting a "failed to create palette file: levels\towndata\town.pal.
Anyone know how I can play this thing without loosing some hair..

Get a legitimate retail CD and copy the diabdat.mpq from it to where you extracted the mod.
