Diablo 1 HD Hellfire Mod | Awake

So im having trouble with his insane knock back and vampire abilities does anyone have any hints or tips for defeating him? i remember back in the original stone curse was good for the butcher and Leoric but the scroll dont seem to spawn for me on Adria and idek if they would work for these bosses in the mod. I beat the butcher no problem with tons of health potions and charged bolt but the King is pretty tough im doing this play through with a warrior btw.

Equip a bow to lure him into 1st chamber,then stand next to a wall so he won't be able to knockback you.Use Shield Wall to reduce incoming damage,Valiant Stike to knock him back and increase defense even further,and Shield Charge to hit him after knockback.
As a warrior,you also have access to powerful spells,like Bone Spirit,Holy Bolt,Fire/Lightning Wall and many others.
Also,if possible equip a weapon which deals cold damage,that'll slow him down.
