somehow it appears as if the apocalypse bug doesn't occur to all enemies that are immune to all elements. blood knights and the cold mages e.g. on torment can still be hurt by apocalypse though they are immune to everything.

That spell have two effect. One is direct damage that is fire and other is physical splash that hit regardless of immunes.

i know that it has got the two effects, but enemies like steel lords, soul burners or champions of maelstroms (that are immune to all elements) can't be hit by apocalypse since the new patch.
whereas enemies like blood knights or the snow caster mages (forgot the name) that have got immune to all ability as well, can still be hit after the patch.
€: while going to sleep i thought of this again
i think the enemies i can still hit got not so much fire res and are pierced by my staffs. that's why i can hit them in but the other enemies such as soul burners not.
