Nightmare problems

I am stuck for 2 days in Nighmare fighting diablo... You really HAVE TO kill the other bosses fast, so that diablo isn't too strong. Once he regained his full power, it's literally impossible to kill him, with his lifesteal and damage and resists....

Does someone has an idea about when the item unique list will be displayed so we can know where to farm ?
