It's been a problem for me, too, riesa. Do also experience mouse lag since the first minutes of the game? Or it begins after some time playing, like here (after, I believe, a lot of items are on the ground) ?

On my Alienware M18X:

4th Generation Intel Core i7-4940MX processor (Quad Core, 8MB Cache, Overclocked up to 4.4GHz
Dual NvidiaŸ GeForceŸ GTX 880M with 8GB GDDR5 - Nvidia SLIŸ Enabled
32 GB two channel RAM DDR3L 1600 MHz

game works fine 8)

And on my older one, Alienware Area-51 M9750

Intel Core 2 Duo T7600 (2.33GHz/ 667MHz FSB/ 6MB L2 cache)
DUAL Nvidia GeForce 7950GTX with 1024MB DDR3 – Nvidia SLI Enabled
4GB DDR2-667 RAM

I have no problems with the game also.

On both notebooks I use Win 7 Ultimate (with latest SP, updates, drivers etc)

And lowering resolution doesn't help, riesa?

I was using 1280x1024 and it was lagging a lot, a little a first but a lot after playing for some time! Then I lowered to 1280x800 and the lag stoped, but after some more time playing the lag comes back again... At tristram the lag doesn't exists in any resolution.
