mod without quests

Thanks Sneeper understands what I have been trying to say. I dont know why people are turning this into some sort of conflict, I am not in any way devaluing the mod or your right to enjoy it, I simply prefer to play another way and all I am asking it - lets say for purely educational purposes - is there a way I can turn certain quests off?... you guys go ahead and enjoy the mod in its fullest glory, all power to you, and I hope you have hours upon hours of fun killing Izual, Andariel and co...
