lvl 48 sorc - need advice

Today my best char- sorc 48 lvl, which provide items for all other wariors. Game progress - 14 lvl torment. Char stats - 1300mana, full mag 450, +3skills, stuff -20ligh -12fire -10mag +27spell +1skill. Use chainlight/apo/blizzard.
So have problems with progress - still 48, slow exp going, better with items but not fantastic. Every 3-5 min im dying.
Best places for item farming, as i noticed- 1-4 lvl of torment : mass mobs, mass items droping , easy kill, but low exp 2k/per mob
Best for exp farming - 16lvl of hell: 12k/per mob and easy kill. At tourment killing much harder but exp not really much more.
What do you recomended for growing stronger? )
