Possible Horazon's Sanctum Bug

I safed all the Horazon quests for high lvl mage so that i can reach golem lvl 15. I tried to get the free golem spell lvl on normal but it didn't work.

Maybe it's because i took down horazon first and quest was done and after that i visited the book of knowledge or how it's called. Normally there's a sound right after reading and you gain a golem spell lvl.

But there was nothing. Created a new game and tried again. Failed...

Did this occur to anybody else? Is the reason for no golem spell that i killed horazon first?
