I can't start diablo it says, Problem with OpenGL

Ok so I have diablo 1 belzebub on my computer and my dad saw me playing it and wants to play it now, when i put it on his computer and double clicked belzebub I got this message "OpenGL is unrecognized or insufficient to run the program". I updated his video card drivers and I think I downloaded some version of opengl but don't know much about opengl. My dads computer is upgraded from a very old version and hasn't had much updates since he just reformatted it. Windows XP. Any help at all is appreciated as someone already helped me on here find diablo

Did your dad graphic card support Open GL 2.0? Belzebub req. it.
