Why can't i play the game

before time , i reinstall window for my laptop. And then i play diablo hd again, but it has error , it said " MSVCP100.dll is missing from your computer
So I down MSVCP100.dll from wed , but i still can not play game
Help me pls
my laptop use win 7 - 64 bit
