What about multiple option combat text info?

I was thinking if anyone would find useful if bisides having combat text info option on and off, put more options like: info only of damage received, and/or show only damage done to bosses, etc.
What do you think, does anyone agree?

I sometimes think that the combat text info is annoying when you hit too many monters at once (mostly with the rogue), but I think that sometimes (mostly on bosses) is essential to know how much damage are you making.
