Awesome? Not really. If you look closely... You have -30% all resistances on mobs from single staff, but you have also -10% mag res from ring (as i remember). Look again on Corvus's stats page. He have +30% pen for all, but he should have +40% mag pen and rest +30% pen

Weird... I watched this photo yesterday for quite long time and still seeing +30 pen all only... Now it have +40 mag pen... Maybe i was too drunk xD

This set is rly not usefull... I thought it reduces resistances, not add resistances. So it's a +30 pen... When I'am using it all monsters on Torment got +30 resi so I can't kill any monster becouse they got 100+ resi all... Who made this strange set...

Positive values for the character are negative values for the monster.

So it doesn't work correctly cuz when I'm using item which Reduces monster resists Magic stats says Damage from xxxx reduced 40%. At this set is -40 so monsters are getting 40% less dmg from any element

Positive value of your penetrations means negative values of monsters resistances. So when you have +40% magic penetration mobs are getting -40% to their magic resistance.
