Radnom Crashes

Game runs fine untill i killed Mephisto guy. Then i entered Level 16 where should be diablo, but each...5 mins or so game crashes without reason. I exited dungeon and entered town...still happening.
What i;ve noticed each time it crashes Compablity got uncheked
"run as administrator" i cheked if where read only was checked...it was unchecked. I did restart PC and reinstall still no vain.


Win 8.1
8 Core CPU 3.0Ghz
6GM ram
GPU Intel HD 3000

This mod is compatible with Win XP and works fine. I never tested it on Win 8.1.
